Aisan Barbecue Sparerib kao-pai-ku Sauce
Sauce Recipe Ingrediends:
1/4 cup. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. Chinese rice wine or dry
sherry
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chicken stock
1 Can. plum sauce heated on the side for dipping
Sauce Recipe Instructions:
In small bowl combine all the ingredients in a bowl stirring till mixed well. Pour over spareribs and let set 3 hours at room temperature or 6 hours when refrigerated. Remove from pan for grilling or cooking in the oven, oven cooking; preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place in roasting pan. To prevent smoke in oven, place another large pan with water on lower rack, roast ribs for 45 minutes then pour remainning sauce over ribs then raise temperature to 450 degrees for 15 minutes more remove from oven cut and serve. Serve with plum sauce hot or cold.

PREPARATION FOR YOUR BARBECUE RIBS
INGREDIENTS:
3 Pounds. Rack of Ribs
1 Each 2X13X23 INCH PAN
1 Box Foil
1-1/2 Cup. Hickory liquid smoke
INSTRUCTIONS:
Take your ribs and wash them first to get the blood off, then take the 2×13x23 inch pan and lay the rack of ribs in the pan,then pour the liquid smoke on and around the ribs. Fill the pan with hot water and cover with foil. Heat your oven to 350 degree’s. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 2-hours or until the meat is tender. Drain the water and let the ribs cool. Then refrigerate, wrapping the ribs with plastic wrap for one hour before grilling.

Mild Barbecue Sauce For Ribs
A mild tangy barbecue sauce that is the perfect compliment for your ribs.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup. Catsup
1/4 cup. Water
1/4 cup. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbs. Liquid Smoke
3/4 cup. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Celery Seed
1 tbs. Salt
1 small. Onion Minced Fine
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 cup. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
INSTRUCTIONS:
preparation for you rack of ribs
Bake ribs at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then draining off fat, then cut the ribs into serving size portions and place them in a shallow pan that can be used for serving as well as baking. cover the ribs with the sauce. Lower the temperature to 300 degrees and bake for another 1-1/2 hours.
Sauce preparation
Heat above ingredients in a saucepan and stir ingredients together, bringing to a boil, remove from heat. Pour the sauce over the precooked ribs and bake. Basting while baking the sauce into the ribs, make sure that the ribs are uncovered for an effective application.

CROCK POT BARBECUE SPARE RIBS
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup. Finely Chopped Onion
3/4 cup. Lemon Juice
3/4 cup. Chopped Celery
1 tbs. Butter
3 tbs. Sugar
3 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup. Wine vinegar
32 ounce. Bottled Ketchup
1 tbs. Prepared Mustard
1 tbs. Salt
1 tbs. Pepper

3-5 Pounds. beef or pork ribs

INSTRUCTIONS:
saute the onions and celery in butter, then add remaining ingredients to your pan and stir while cooking. Add your ribs to the crock pot and pour the sauce over the meat, Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours if using a higher setting 3 to 4 hours. Sauce can be doubled and frozen for later meals.

Country Style Barbecue Ribs
INGREDIENTS:
3 tbs. Chopped Onion
2 tbs. Butter
1/2 cup. Chopped Celery
2 tbs. Vinegar
1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup. Lemon Juice
1 cup. Ketchup
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook the butter chopped onions and celery together until tender. Add the rest of ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat. Makes 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce.

BARBECUED COUNTRY RIBS
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup. Brown Sugar
1 tbs. Salt
1 tbs. Celery Seed
1 tbs. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Paprika
1/4 cup. Vinegar
1 cup. Ketchup
1/4 cup. Honey
2 tbs. Hot Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl stir together until mixture is well blended and set to the side..
Country rib preparation:
Trim the fat from the ribs and cut them into serving size pieces. seasoning with salt,pepper and garlic. Place on the broiler and broil 15 to 20 minutes turning each side to remove as much of the excess fat as you can and until meat has browned. Apply the sauce over all, continue basting with the sauce until ready to serve.

2 lbs. pork spare ribs
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/4 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
When the grill is very hot, pre-cook ribs directly on the cooking grill, for five-ten minutes. Baste the ribs with the bbq sauce and cook for 35 minutes longer. close the vent on the grill. If you are using a gas grill, turn it down to the med low setting. Using your tongs, place the ribs into a foil pan on the grill. Cover the ribs with the rest of the BBQ sauce and cook for 30 more minutes then turn them onto the other side. When turning the ribs, baste them with the sauce in the foil pan. Cook for an additional 20 minutes and serve.
