Tail Gate Barbeque Sauce
Ingredients:
1 (14 oz.) Bottle Ketchup
2/3 cup. Chili Sauce
1/3 cup. Hot Mustard
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 cup. Worcestershire Sauce
4 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
3/4 cup. Brown Sugar
1/4 cup. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup. Beer
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Simmer 15 minutes in large saucepan. This is a hot spicy sauce. If you prefer it a little milder, substitute regular mustard for the hot mustard and cut down on the Worcestershire sauce.If you have a flavorizer bar on your grill, toss in some wood chips for extra flavor.

Near Beer Barbeque Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cup. Catsup
1 tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
3/4 cup. Brown Sugar
1/4 cup. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup. Non Alcoholic Beer
4 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
Instructions:
Combine all of these ingredients in a saucepan and heat and stir with a wisp until blended, simmer for 15 minutes and remove from heat, and cool to room temp befor applying. Mixture can be refrigerated for later use. This makes a great beer barbeque flavor with out the alcahol of beer.

This is a robust flat iron steak recipe your father is sure to love. This is a great steak when grilled on the BBQ.
Ingredients:
12 8 ounce top blade steaks
1 1/2 pounds Red Onions
Marinade:
24 ounces. House Beer
2 tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
2 tbsp. Chopped Onions
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
5 fl,ounces. Olive Oil
8 fl,ounces. Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 fl,ounces. Beef Broth
Instructions:
Mix all of the marinade ingredients, in a large container with a lid. Add your steak into the container one by one to insure coverage. Cover the steak and refrigerate for 4-6 hours before grilling. Put the steak onto the grill and place the flat iron on top. Grill your fathers steak for about 10 min. on each side using this method. Slice the red onion into thick slices, and grill them alongside your flat iron steak. Place them on top of your steak as garnish.

1-32 Ounce. Bottled Catsup
1-12 Ounce. Bottled Chili Sauce
1/2 Cup. Prepared Mustard
1-1/2 Cups. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 cup. Lemon Juice
1/2 cup. A-1 Steak Sauce
1/2 cup. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbs. Soy Sauce

MEATBALL
1 cup. Beer
1/4-cup Garlic Salt
5 Pounds. Ground Beef
5 Eggs Beaten well
2 Packs. Crushed Ritz Crackers

INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand roll the meat into small 1 1/2 inch balls and broil them for 20 minutes on a sheet pan. When they are done draintheĀ oil from the pan and Pour the barbecue sauce over the broiled meatballs. Then you want to cover them and bake them at 350 degrees for 1 hour, put your bbq meat balls in large serving dish and garnish with sliced green onion.

Beer BBQ Sauce For Chicken
3 pounds chicken parts
1 can beer
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 Tbs Vinegar
3 tbs liquid smoke
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tbs onion powder
Pre-cook the chicken in a 400 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. Make your Beer BBQ Sauce while the chicken is cooking.
Add all of the ingredients into a mediun saucepan and heat just to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.
Move the chicken to the BBQ grill and baste with the sauce. Turn it every few minutes and continue basting all sides. Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
