Orange Molasses Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:

1 10 oz. Can Condensed Tomato Soup
1 8 oz. Can tomato Sauce
1/2 cup. Molasses
1/4 cup. Cooking Oil
1/2 cup. Vinegar
1/2 cup. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Minced Onion
1 tbsp. Seasoned Salt
1 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 tbsp. Grated Orange Peel
1 1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

Instructions:

Combine all the bbq sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil using a medium size saucepan stiring til blended, reduce heat to simmer. Cook about 20 minutes, uncovered. Store any unused sauce in the refrigerator, covered after cooled.

Ingredients:

1 cup. Ketchup
1/2 cup. White Vinegar
1/4 cup. Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup. Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 tbsp. Ground Ginger
3 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Red Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. Minced Garlic

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in saucepan, heat over medium heat until smooth.

Country Barbeque Sauce

This is a traditional country barbeque sauce recipe for good down home grilling.

Ingredients:

1 cup. tomato juice
1/2 cup. water
1/2 cup. ketchup
1/2 cup. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup. brown sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup. Maple Syrup

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients in to a medium saucepan stir and heat on a medium high heat til blended, simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasonaly remove from heat and apply by basting the country barbeque sauce on raw or already bbq grilled foods.

3/4 cup. Brown Sugar
1/4 cup. Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup. Salad Oil
1/2 cup. Lemon Juice

2 tbsp. Dry Mustard

You Need

1/4 cup. Dry Mustard
1 1/2 cup. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. white sugar
3/4 cup. chile sauce
3/4 cup. pineapple juice

Instructions

Mix together dry mustard, brown sugar, chili sauce, pineapple juice and sugar in a mixing bowl, blending them all together till smooth. Pour in to a container with lid and chill in refrigerator until needed. This barbecue sauce should be applied towards the end of your cooking period because of the browm sugar content. Combine all of the ingredients shown above in to a food processer blend for one minute then pour contents from the food processer in to a airtight container, for storage put this dry rub into some place dry after use.

1/3 cup. molasses
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 1/3 cup. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

1/2    cup. Cider Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

Bake ribs at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then draining off fat, then cut the ribs into serving size portions and place them in a shallow pan that can be used for serving as well as baking. cover the ribs with the sauce. Lower the temperature to 300 degrees and bake for another 1-1/2 hours.

Sauce preparation

Heat above ingredients in a saucepan and stir ingredients together, bringing to a boil, remove from heat. Pour the sauce over the precooked ribs and bake. Basting while baking the sauce into the ribs, make sure that the ribs are uncovered for an effective application.

2 tbs. Butter
1/2 cup. Chopped Celery
2 tbs. Vinegar
1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup. Lemon Juice

1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the butter chopped onions and celery together until tender. Add the rest of ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat. Makes 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce.
