Western Steak Rub Seasoning Recipe
This is a robust coffee based western steak rub which is perfect for outdoor grilling or smoking
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Finely Ground Coffee Beans
2 tbsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp. Cumin
1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1 tbsp. Oregano Flakes
1 tbsp. Thyme
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients shown above in to an airtight container. Then shake or mix it well and apply it by hand. You can also use a shaker with large holes for appication to your steaks. Western steak rub can be kept in dry storage just as you would any other seasoning.

Rib Ticklen Barbecue Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup. Karo Corn Syrup
1/2 cup. Ketchup
1/2 cup. Onion, Finely Chopped
1/4 cup. Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup. Prepared Mustard
1/4 cup. Worcestershire Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a saucepan stir together all ingredients. Stirring frequently, bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and cook at a gentle boil for 15 minutes to thicken. Brush the sauce onto the meats turning frequently during the last 20 minutes of cooking. Makes 2 cups. For Spicy: Add 1 tablespoon chili powder and 1 minced garlic clove. For Oriental: Add 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1 teaspoon ground ginger. Omit the Worcestershire sauce.

Mild Barbecue Sauce For Ribs
A mild tangy barbecue sauce that is the perfect compliment for your ribs.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup. Catsup
1/4 cup. Water
1/4 cup. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbs. Liquid Smoke
3/4 cup. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Celery Seed
1 tbs. Salt
1 small. Onion Minced Fine
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 cup. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
INSTRUCTIONS:
preparation for you rack of ribs
Bake ribs at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then draining off fat, then cut the ribs into serving size portions and place them in a shallow pan that can be used for serving as well as baking. cover the ribs with the sauce. Lower the temperature to 300 degrees and bake for another 1-1/2 hours.
Sauce preparation
Heat above ingredients in a saucepan and stir ingredients together, bringing to a boil, remove from heat. Pour the sauce over the precooked ribs and bake. Basting while baking the sauce into the ribs, make sure that the ribs are uncovered for an effective application.

CROCK POT BARBECUE SPARE RIBS
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup. Finely Chopped Onion
3/4 cup. Lemon Juice
3/4 cup. Chopped Celery
1 tbs. Butter
3 tbs. Sugar
3 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup. Wine vinegar
32 ounce. Bottled Ketchup
1 tbs. Prepared Mustard
1 tbs. Salt
1 tbs. Pepper

3-5 Pounds. beef or pork ribs

INSTRUCTIONS:
saute the onions and celery in butter, then add remaining ingredients to your pan and stir while cooking. Add your ribs to the crock pot and pour the sauce over the meat, Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours if using a higher setting 3 to 4 hours. Sauce can be doubled and frozen for later meals.

BBQ MEATBALLS
INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound. Ground Beef
1 Each Small Onion, Chopped Fine
1/2 Cup. Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup. Half And Half Milk
1 Each. Egg Well Beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Granulated Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
Take a large bowl, add all the ingredients together mixing till blended, use a cookie sheet and hand roll meat in to round balls. Place them on cookie sheet and bake them at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, remove from oven and drain the oil, and place meatball in casserole dish and pour your sauce over meatballs to cover.
SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS:
1/2 Cup. Vinegar
1 Cup. Catsup
1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Cup. Brown Sugar
2 tbs. Liquid Smoke
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combining all the ingredients shown above mix in a glass bowl, stir all the ingredients together and place them in to the microwave for 3 minutes. Remove and stir it before pouring it over the meatballs, Garnish and serve.
Pour over meat balls and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
