Ingredients:

1 cup. Ketchup
1/2 cup. White Vinegar
1/4 cup. Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup. Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 tbsp. Ground Ginger
3 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Red Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. Minced Garlic

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in saucepan, heat over medium heat until smooth.

Ingredients:

Vinegar 1 Cup.
Catsup 3 Cups.
Brown Sugar 1 Cup.
Maple Syrup 1/2 Cup.
Honey 1/2 Cup.
Oranges 2 Each Cut Halves
Liquid Smoke 1/4 Cup.
Cayenne Pepper 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

Make the sauce ingredients the day before the 4th of July to really set the flavors.

In a small pot add the catsup, vinegar, brown sugar, maple syrup, and cook on medium heat stirring till all the sugars dissolve and combine together, then add liquid smoke and cayenne pepper, stirring to combine cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice into the pot and add orange rind as well, stir lightly till all are mixed simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat.

Saucing Instruction:

This 4th of July BBQ sauce works well with pre cooked food like beef, pork, or chicken and duck, as a bbq glaze and sauce for cooking.

Barbecued Chicken Orange Glaze Sauce is a very simple barbecue sauce that can be made quickly. If you don’t like the flavor of orange marmalade, frozen orange juice concentrate can be substituted. In that case you should only use a quarter cup of OJ concentrate in place of the jar of marmalade. This recipe has a robust spicy sweet bbq flavor which goes great with fresh spring salad.

Ingredients:

1 small jar. Orange Marmalade Jelly
1/3 cup. Heinz 57 Steak Sauce

Instructions:

Start your chicken on the grill before making the sauce. This sauce is applied at the end of cooking. Take all of these ingredients and add to a small saucepan. Cook on a medium heat and stir the mixture until blended. Simmer the Barbecued Chicken Orange Glaze Sauce for about 10 minutes. INGREDIENTS:

4 lbs. beef brisket or chuck roast or pork shoulder

2 cup. Water
3/4 cup. Liquid Smoke

2 cup. Chopped Onion
1/4 cup. Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp. Spicy Mustard
1 tbsp. Dark Molasses
1/4 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup. Ketchup
1/2 cup. Chili Sauce
1/2 Lemon Sliced
1 tbsp. Salt more or less to taste
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Recipe Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put the meat on a rack in a roasting pan, fat side up. Pour water and liquid smoke around the meat. Seal the pan with foil and place in the oven. Roasting the brisket for 4 hours or until tender, turning once. Uncover for the last 30 minutes to brown. Remove from the oven and let meat cool uncovered till the meat can be handled by hand. Save the pan juices and refrigorate. Remove meat from refrigaration and Trim away any remaining fat. Pull the meat into small shreds with a fork. Remove pan juices from refrigoration and remove the hardened fat from the pan juices. Placing fat in a large pot melt 3 tablespoons of the hardened fat over medium heat, add the onions and saute until tender. Add all the remaining ingredients in recipe above and 1 cup of the pan juices. Simmer and stir well for 20 minutes over on low heat. Add the pulled meat to the sauce and simmer very slowly, uncovered for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Add more juice if necessary to keep meat moist. 1 med. carrot, thinly sliced, about 1/2 cup.
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced, about 1/2 cup.
1 16 ounce can pineapple chuncks syrup removed.

Sauce Recipe Ingredients:

1     tbsp. Minced Garlic
2     tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 1/2  tsp. Salt
1      tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2      cup. low sodium Chicken Broth
3      Bay Leaves
1      Sprig Fresh Thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried
3     tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/2    cup. Cider Vinegar

2 to 3 lbs. spare ribs

1/4 cup. honey
1 tbs. water
1/4 cup. 57 Sauce
2 tbs. Minced Garlic
2 tbs. Ground Bean Sauce
2 tbs. oyster Sauce
2 tbs. Hoisin Sauce
8 tbs. Sugar Granulated
1 tsp. cooking wine
1 tsp. sesame seed oil

MARINADE:
INSTRUCTIONS:

Using a saucepan, sweat the garlic with oil on a medium heat. Put in the following Combination of these ingredients in one bowl: ground bean sauce, oyster sauce ,hoisin sauce, sugar, cooking wine, sesame oil after the marinade is cooked, spread on both sides of spare ribs. Let stand in a shallow pan in the refrigerator 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Put spareribs on a rack in a broiler pan. Brown one side for 20 minutes flipping to another side for 15 minutes more. Remove spare ribs from oven, brushing on some honey barbecue sauce. Place it back to oven for a few more minutes for glassing. Cut the ribs and serve.

2 tbs. Butter
1/2 cup. Chopped Celery
2 tbs. Vinegar
1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup. Lemon Juice
1 cup. Ketchup
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the butter chopped onions and celery together until tender. Add the rest of ingredients and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat. Makes 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce.

2 Cups. Bottle Ketchup
1 Cup. Apple cider Vinegar
1 Cup. Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup. Maple Syrup
1 Tbs. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Cup. Honey
1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

To make the honey grill barbecue sauce, take a two quart sauce pan and add all of the ingredients into the pan, on medium heat for 15 minutes stirring the mixture till blended, when it reached temp it will turn a darker color with a glossy look towards it,let it bubble for two minutes then remove from heat.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Take all of the ingredients on first level and add them to a large mixing bowl stir till dissolved take half of this for a marinade and using two quarts sauce pan on medium heat, pure the remaining sauce in the pan, Taking the marinade after soaking pour that into the sauce pan too, bring that to a boil than with mix the starch and water together and stir till it thickens, than pour or brush sauce on your bbq.
