Hot And Spicy Barbeque Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup. Ketchup
1/2 cup. White Vinegar
1/4 cup. Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup. Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 tbsp. Ground Ginger
3 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Red Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in saucepan, heat over medium heat until smooth.

Aisan Barbecue Sparerib kao-pai-ku Sauce
Sauce Recipe Ingrediends:
1/4 cup. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. Chinese rice wine or dry
sherry
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chicken stock
1 Can. plum sauce heated on the side for dipping
Sauce Recipe Instructions:
In small bowl combine all the ingredients in a bowl stirring till mixed well. Pour over spareribs and let set 3 hours at room temperature or 6 hours when refrigerated. Remove from pan for grilling or cooking in the oven, oven cooking; preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place in roasting pan. To prevent smoke in oven, place another large pan with water on lower rack, roast ribs for 45 minutes then pour remainning sauce over ribs then raise temperature to 450 degrees for 15 minutes more remove from oven cut and serve. Serve with plum sauce hot or cold.

Sweet Tang Barbecue Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup. vegetable oil
1/2 cup. chopped onion
1 cup. tomato sauce
1/2 cup. water
1/4 cup. white vinegar
2 tbs. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 tbs. orange marmalade
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup. brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Saute onions in a saucepan with oil. Add all the remaining ingredients into the onions. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or till the mixture is blended. This recipe is at its best with chicken or pork.

Caffeine Chicken Barbecue
INGREDIENTS:
3 tbs. Instant Coffee
3 1/2 cups. Ketchup
1 cup. Sugar
3 1/2 tsp. light Brown
3 1/2 tsp. Pepper
3/4 cup. Worcestershire Sauce.
1 cup. Chopped Onion
3 tbs. Red Hot Sauce
3/4 cup. White Vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all of the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often till sauce is well blended. Place the chicken or ribs on a baking pan or boiling pan and cook them for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Transfer the meat onto the grill until almost cooked (about 20 minutes longer). Brush on sauce and grill for about aniother 20 minutes longer, turning and brushing on sauce to keep meat from burning.

Blended Fruit Barbecue Ribs
5 Pounds Pork Ribs
INGREDIENTS:
1-16 ounce. Caned Apricots
1/4 cup. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 cup. Catsup
1/2 cup. White Vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the ribs in a large Dutch oven and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, cover, then reduce the heat and simmer for 35 minutes longer. Remove and drain the ribs, and arrange in a large shallow dish.
Combine caned apricots and remaining ingredients in container for an electric osterizer; blending until smooth. Pour sauce over ribs, turning to coat them well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for about 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on a broiler pan, reserving marinade for basting. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes, basting the ribs till done.

BARBECUE STYLE MEATLOAF
INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/4 Cup. bread crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 ts. Salt
1/4 ts. Pepper
1/4 ts. Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup. White Onion Finley Chopped
1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1-4 ounce. Can tomato paste

BARBECUE SAUCE TOPPING:
INGREDIENTS:
1- 8oz. Can Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup. Water
3 tbs. White Vinegar
4 tbs. Brown Sugar
2 tbs. Prepared Mustard
1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, worcestershire, tomato paste, Put in a loaf pan. Combine all the ingredients for the topping in a mixing bowl, Pour over your meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.

BARBECUE SAUSAGE MEATBALLS
MEATBALLS INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound. Regular Bulk Sausage
1 Pound. Hot Bulk Sausage
2 Eggs
2/3 Cup. Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Sage
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup. Catchup
1/4 Cup. Brown Sugar
2 tbs. White Vinegar
2 tbs. Soy Sauce
Tabasco to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix till everything is blended well. Then you can either hand roll the mixture into small meatballs or you can use a scooper, this is very effective for large amounts. Brown your meatballs in a skillet or under your broiler. Drain off fat. Place meatballs in a casserole or baking dish. Mix the barbecue sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Pour the bbq sauce over the meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

How To Cook Barbecue Chicken In The Oven
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Begin with a whole cut up chicken or cut chicken parts. You want to put the chicken into an oven safe roasting pan or casserole dish with out using the lid. First bake your chicken for about 30 minutes. you do this first so you don’t burn the barbecue sauce. After the chicken is pre-cooked, begin basting it with your favorite barbecue sauce. If you like, you can use the recipe at the end of these instructions. Continue basting both sides of your chicken every 10 minutes. After about 50 minutes total cooking time, test the chicken by inserting a meat thermometer near the bone in the thigh. When the temperature reaches 165, your chicken will be fully cooked. That is how to cook barbecue chicken in the oven.
Making Homemade Barbecue Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1-6 ounce. Can Tomato Paste
1 cup. Catsup
3/4 cup. Brown Sugar
1/2 cup. White Vinegar
2 tbs. Prepared Mustard

TANGY BARBECUE SAUCE
A tangy robust barbecue sauce with just a hint of spicy flavor.
Ingredients
1- 20 ounce. bottled mustard
1- 6 ounce. bottled Heinz 57 sauce
1- 1/4 cup. bottled white vinegar
1- cup granulated sugar
1 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
1- 24 ounce bottled ketchup
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl using a wisp, whip all the ingredients together until it is well blended. Then you can pour the mixture into a container of your choice for storage, or applicator of your choosing. This recipe makes about 2 quarts.

barbecue chicken
BBQ CHICKEN WINGS MARINADE
Ingredients
1/2 cup. white vinegar
1/2 cup. soy sauce
1/2 cup. sugar
1 tbs. crushed red Pepper
3/4 tsp. granulated garlic
2 tbs. ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a two quart sauce pot add all the ingredients into the pan, cook on medium
heat for 30 minutes then remove from the stove for 15 minutes. Now taking
20-40 pieces of chicken wings in a large container to hold chicken, add the
marinade then mix and let sit for 15 minutes now you can grill, or bake this
at 350 for 25 minutes..after barbecuing, drizzle the marinade on the
chicken before serving and garnish with chopped green onions sprinkled on top.
